This was the first time I had any service performed in RI. I was just there for an inspection sticker. Chose the business purely by chance. It was the closest to the registry. They took me in within the hour, did a full inspection of the vehicle. And explained what was required and what was recommended. I had options… my car was a 2016 so I feared the worst. The must have list was short and the rear brakes replacement was reasonable and timely. Had both the inspection and repair done in less than an hour and a half. They were trustworthy and economical. I’m a returning customer.👍

Honest mechanics and quality service. I was notified on additional repairs that my vehicle needed, but it is great that i wasn't pushed into approving anything besides the repair i scheduled originally. They diagnosed and fixed the issue in timely manner and communication was great.

Wholeheartedly the best mechanic I have ever been to. Brought my 08 civic for maintenance after the transmission started slipping. Chris and his team were extremely honest, considerate, and thorough when informing me of the services needed on my car. They made me aware of all the concerns regarding my civic and spoke with me directly about all necessary maintenance before starting the job. The technician, Bernard, even stayed late to complete the job so I’d have a car to drive to work the following day. Super speedy service, affordable pricing, and folks with a heart of gold. Highly recommend

They charge $90 for a diagnostic fee. Owner is a character as you can see from the replies on negative reviews. I was also getting rushed for a $1700 bill when I told him I needed to wait for my paycheck to come in. From date of work completed to him getting paid it was 5 days. I was getting paid poorly working in a group home with disabled adults as most Americans are underpaid. I understand a lot of people get work done and you get stuck with a vehicle with an unpaid invoice. Sadly we live in a country where you have no freedom of transportation and you need to own and operate your vehicle to live. If you are not knowledgeable about cars they are very good about sending videos and asking if you would like work preformed or not. This is the shop that really got me working on my own vehicles to save money. Got charged dealership prices for indie shop work. Also they didn't check valve lash while in my valve covers, had to redo them 40k miles later due to them leaking. I didn't feel comfortable bringing my vehicle back even though the work was still under warranty. Ended up doing valve cover gaskets, bolt seals, spark plug seals, VTC gasket, PCV valve and correcting the valve lash

Best mechanics around Bar None! Eric is very meticulous and does amazing work. We came in for a broken muffler, engine knock and gas smell in the cabin. He found the issue 3 other mechanics could not find. He took on a very big job and did it right and properly. Video inspection prior to you authorizing any work. They show you what's wrong and recomend only what you need. Prices are fair and great quality. Chris explained everything and always willing to answer questions. Best shop experience ever. I won't go anywhere else! Thanks guys
